Robert Groce is a licensed Mortgage Loan Originator with a diverse background in real estate, home inspection, and information technology. His career has included work in county government, purchasing and managing rental properties, and renovating and flipping homes—experiences that give him a well-rounded perspective on helping families navigate the path to homeownership.

Robert combines technical knowledge with hands-on real estate expertise to provide clients with practical guidance and trusted support.

Before launching his career in real estate and lending, Robert earned a degree in Information Technology from the University of Alabama at Birmingham (UAB). His professional journey began after serving in the U.S. Army, where he specialized in computer systems and proudly served during Operation Desert Storm and Operation Desert Shield.

Originally from Talladega, Alabama, Robert brings the values of discipline, dedication, and service into his work. Away from his career, he is a devoted husband and father of three, committed to his family and community as much as to his clients.
